This website is operated by PT Citrabati Logistik International (CLI Supply Chain Enabler), Jl. Raya Protokol Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta 13610, Indonesia. This policy explains what happens to your information when you browse these pages.

Information we collect

This website has no user accounts, no analytics tracker, and no advertising scripts. We do not ask you to register, and we do not build a profile of your visit.

The contact form on our Contact page does not send anything to a server of ours. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email application with the details pre-filled. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that email yourself — at which point it reaches us as an ordinary email message.

Third-party services

A small number of external services are contacted by your browser while these pages load. Each of them necessarily receives your IP address, as is the case for any resource requested over the internet.

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typefaces used across the site.
• GeoJS (get.geojs.io) — returns the country associated with your IP address so we can present the site in a suitable language on your first visit. We receive only a country code; we do not store it.
• Google News — headlines shown on our News page are collected on our side ahead of time and served from this website, so your browser is not required to contact a news aggregator.

These providers process your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies. We store a single value in your browser's local storage, cli_lang, which remembers the language you selected so the site does not reset it on every page. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser identification — for the purpose of operating and securing the site. These are retained only as long as needed for that purpose.

Information you send us directly

If you email or call us about a shipment or a quotation, we use what you provide to answer your enquiry and to deliver the services you request, and we keep it for as long as our commercial and legal record-keeping obligations require. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to marketing@clisupplychain.com and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
